FOUNDER
I started Boldly Aligned Leadership because, for a long time, I was stuck in a version of my past self. I was refusing to admit that I no longer wanted to build the business that once fueled me, while at the same time, I found myself second-guessing the career path that provided me with a steady income.
Over the last eight years, I learned a lot about entrepreneurship from some incredibly successful people. I truly believed I would commit my life to that organization and that if it had impacted my life in such a meaningful way, I could do the same for someone else.
I experienced a lot of fruit from being in that environment. For the first time, I felt like I had a safe place to grow—not only as an individual, but also in my marriage. It became a catalyst for me to build my character, emotional intelligence, and resilience when I needed it most—through the baby-building years, career changes, and all the transitions that come with life.
But eventually, I realized I was holding onto a version of myself that I had outgrown. I had to be honest with myself about what I truly wanted and where I felt called to go next.
That realization is part of what led me to Boldly Aligned Leadership. It was born out of my own journey of learning to trust myself again, get out of my own head, find clarity through the noise, and become more aligned with who I am and where I believe God is leading me.
